FAQ

What are the hours?

Generally open most days by appointment, if there is a black day(s), they will be posted on the facebook page. However, please email ahead (see admission page).

Can I bring my pet or a reptile I found to the PARK/Zoo or have my dog in my vehicle?

100% no.  For the health and safety of our animals, staff and visitors, there are no outside animals allowed onto the Zoo grounds (please refer to our rules listing, ).  Pets bring in foreign bacteria, parasites and other issues which jeopardize the health of 0ur animals.   We love our dogs but do not bring them onto the premises, even in your vehicle. Outside animals such as a dog will also cause an undue stress on our reptiles as well as livestock on premises. Reptiles will stress without showing signs and this stress can lead to sickness and eventual death.

Do you have power available?

Yes, There is a 120V power charging table for your chargers and batts.

What RC scales can I run out there?
The figure 8 “Bash Track” is minimum 12′ width lane so you can run all the way to the 1/5th scale big guns. 1/10 scale is no problem either, it’s super fun and fast. Shred what you bring.

Reptiles? I’m scared, I just want to drive RC

Don’t worry, You’ll pass by fenced in Tortoises on the way to the park. They’re cute!

Can I camp out?

We are looking into it, hopefully it’s not an issue.

Is there indoor space?

Currently, the park is outdoors, however, there is a covered pit charging area and plenty of trees shading the staging and pit areas as well as many shade cloths hung over the pit area. There are powerful cooling fans as well that lower the ambient temperatures. There is also a powerful fan on the drivers stand. Bring bug spray if you need it.

Is there food and drink available?

There will be bottled water, some sodas and chips available for purchase. Bring cash. Stay tuned for more options.

Can I run nitro or gas powered RCs?

If it’s an RC, it’s cool. Just exercise caution during any periods of drought or County burn bans.
